Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to attach to your return package.
Pack Your Items
Place the product in its original packaging if possible, ensuring all accessories and power cables are included to avoid restocking fees.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
